My best decision yet!

I had a wonderful three-night stay in a King Room with Sofa Bed. Sabrina in the breakroom treated me like family, while the cleanliness standards were impeccable. Although the room had a musky smell, the hospitality and fresh towels made up for it. A solid breakfast to kickstart mornings was a delightful bonus!

A stormy weekend surprise

Woke up to a delightful breakfast spread. The staff greeted us warmly, and their kindness made the stay memorable despite some hiccups.

Unfortunately, a storm knocked out our internet and TV. The bathroom didn’t lock properly, which made for awkward moments during our stay.

The outdoor pool offered a nice spot to relax after a long day, and the ample parking options made coming and going a breeze. The breakfast bar featured a decent selection, including a pancake machine—that was a fun touch.

The elevator dragged its feet, feeling like a crawl during peak hours, which was frustrating. I had issues with key cards, constantly needing reprogramming, which got old quickly. Some rooms carried a mildew smell, hinting at ventilation problems, and the carpets in the hallways could really use a deep clean since several stains were visible. Plus, the amenities felt a little dated, especially the coffee maker in my room, which wasn’t up to snuff.

The pool area was inviting, though it lacked

some lounge chairs on busy days. We had a great time splashing around, and the kids loved it. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the breakfast could be more substantial.

Breakfast options were abundant, featuring fresh pastries and self-made waffles, making for a positive start each day. The room was impressively clean and spacious, accommodating our party well. However, there was a noticeable odor in the room and an issue with the bathroom cleanliness that detracted from the experience. Additionally, some amenities were lacking, including a missing TV remote, which required some follow-up to resolve.

Family with children, a hidden gem!

The staff was seriously amazing. They were so caring. The breakfast was actually much better than what we usually get, a nice surprise.

It wasn’t cheap, but still somewhere around acceptable.

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was solid. We loved hanging out by the pool after visiting some local attractions. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. It's a convenient stop, especially when traveling with a group.

However, we did have an issue with the bathroom cleanliness. The walk-in shower needed attention, which was disappointing.

We loved the cozy King Room and enjoyed the clean pool area. The fitness center was a nice bonus too!

It was a good option for taking strolls in Pensacola with great value for money. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff was friendly. Make sure to check your room details before arrival.

I truly appreciated the clean and comfortable atmosphere at Best Western Plus Blue Angel Inn. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, a great way to start the day!

More accessible dining options for seniors would be nice.
